What's the story behind your username?

Mine started when I was in highschool. I was a member of this civic organization and we serve the public in case of calamity using our VHF Radio. People contact us to call for help from police, fire station, ambulance, and the authorities in times of storm. It was a pretty satisfying service as I was able to help people out in times of need. Before I started we were asked for a call sign to use and I love x-men so much so I searched for a girly mutant name from the x-men and I settled with dazzler because she's beautiful and a good singer . Ever since then I use dazzler as an alternate name. My close friends call me dazzler too and it became my nickname from then on

I actually had Loads of usernames.

TamasineK, Tomix, SekenYume and stuff like that.
Each of them has their own story of course.
TamasineK, the username you read whenever you see me posting a new message (or something like that), was made up simply, i searched for japanese names on internet and found this name Tamasine (I just wish to sound more japanese T^T), and since i lovez kittens, end of the name i put 'K', since kitten in japanese is Koneko.
Tomix is the most oldest username, i used when i first registered on websites. Since my name starts with 'Tom' (but that's not meh name), i wanted to make it more spicey, adding 'x' at the end. But since "Tomx" sounds kinda weird, i added 'i' so it would sound better.
SekenYume = Seken Yume = World's Dream (Yeah, i know, too much obsessed with japan)

oh, nothing wrong with being obsessed with japan, at all. if it works for you... then yeah.

as for me, i hang about health groups and health forums (see the inspiring posts). i originally joined a comunity of millions a few years back under the username " avatar of agony". not only to give help, but also because i had questions of my own. anyway, as time went on, 1 of my friends from america (rose) invited me to help run her medical related website. i had to write artickles relating to diffrent issues which was actually quite hard at times, not cos i didon't know what to write, but sometimes emotional.

anyway, my username is taken from the first artickle i wrote for the site. for and against certain medications. i was so taken with the name, i started using it everywhere and it also identifies me now (oh look, it's avatar!). so yeah.... that's me!

when i was on my friend's website that she asked if i wanted to help run, we only had 6 members at the time. but now we have 230, or something along those lines.

Yeah if we can keep the forum active with new posts everyday, new members will come in for sure. I do hope that they do find the forum fun to be at like you do. Glad you think that our community has a potential and I hope to be with you all for a long time

I've never heard a embarrassing names, but i have heard lot of embarrassing surnames.
Like, Minnie Butts, Raul Rape, Carson Coward.

i always try and stick to the same username, or has been the case just reecently a variation of it. that's if if i see someone who i used to post on 1 of my support communities, they got better chance of recognizing me.

I love milkshakes so much so that's the story of my username. Kinda boring unlike yours . I just find it cute
