What do you do when you are sad?

Each of us cope in sadness differently. Some people keep it to themselves and some want to talk about it. Oftentimes I keep it to myself but I cry and write in my journal. If it is too frustrating and disappointing, I listen to rock music and I feel better already. We cannot really do much about the sadness if we dwell and nurse the feeling. If we think about it too much, nothing will happen. Instead, do something and accept it. We cannot control everything in life anyway. It's only temporary

I have no way of releasing my anger/depression. I just can't, it's been going on for too long.

i listen to a lot of disturbing music, harm myself, snap at everyone and just get in to a real state.

I just snap and become real mean and just sit around or go on twitter and tweet and tweet :/.

i used to use twitter a lot, when i was helping my friend in america write artickles for her website.

ever since i stopped doing it, i've not been on it
