What mobile phone features do you prefer?

I have been with Nokia, Sony Ericsson, and Motorola already and none of them ever break on me. I had to sell them to buy a new one so they are all pretty good. However, no phone is perfect (maybe except for iPhone). Of all of them I prefer to Nokia's applications and then Sony's durability and camera quality. I cannot seem to find everything that I want on one phone. But I am thinking of trying out either Blackberry or Samsung pretty soon. I would love to get an Iphone but right now I am going for one that is easy on the budget since I just got my laptop . I'm getting used to my phone already and I want a new one. Any suggestions? My budget is between $200 and $300. I am looking for a touch or qwerty (no more candy bars), smartphone, durable, wifi is a must, 3G, and a nice design.
