Courts have gone mad

I found this on the yahoo website and when i first read it i thought no way this must be a joke but read on and found to be true.
What will courts do next?

But yeah, it is pretty crazy he could win such a case and have the company pay him for HIS bad decisions. He just needed to bite the sample not to eat the whole of it. He could always save it for his dog at home if he felt that strong about not throwing away the food so much that for this sample he ate and ate putting his own health in second place.

Yeah I agree. It's free lunch, what more do you want? The company gave free food and still being sued. I have heard news about Mc Donalds foods containing too much calories. Remember the super size me? I just think that the manager knows about the calorie count of their foods and should have been responsible in taking care of his body. He let himself gain that much weight and it's not the company's fault. That's just me though, I don't know how others see this case
