Quick reply box + flood control

I dont see a "quick reply box". It will do this forum so much good if it is enabled!

Also, i hope the "flood control" will be decreased from 30 seconds to 10 seconds. This will enable all members to post even faster!

Thanks for the suggestion Joel. Yeah I think that the quick reply is a great convenience for the members. I'm glad you pointed it out. I also decreased the flood control to 20 seconds to also avoid future spammers from posting that fast
