Go To Food
I wonder what your go to foods are. When I am sick, upset, and having a lazy day I always want to eat fried chicken . I don't know but I just do. When I am in a mall I find myself eating at KFC if I don't have any food in mind. I don't always eat fried chicken though because it's packed with calories . But if I could, I'd want to eat fried chicken every time .

i love ordering the bargain bucket, that way i get the best of both worlds.. th boneless chicken, the chips, a drink and also if i'm lucky i'll get to order pop corn chicken also.

okay, so now the calories.
a small peace of chicken, with out any breadcrumbs contains 160 calories.
nw... a big peace covered in breadcrumbs contains 560 calories
big diffrence huh?
maybe we aught to be careful about eating fried chicken in future.

Haha thanks for that very helpful info cym . I really needed that. I don't eat their chicken all the time but if I feel like I want a good meal from a fast food restaurant, I definitely go to KFC . I am a big fan of their krushers and I have to stop myself from having them all the time because I don't want it to ruin my diet . It's just so good I can't get enough of it!
