> Beat sugar into egg whites.
> Add vanilla extract and salt, beating until stiff peaks form.
> Fold in chocolate and nuts.
> Drop by small tsp. onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil.
> Cookies will not spread at all, so they may be placed very close together.
> Put cookie sheet in oven and turn the oven off.
> Leave in it overnight, without opening.
> Next morning, simply peel them off the foil.

> You can use: mint choc chips, raspberry choc chips,
> holiday baking bits that are red, white and green,
> peppermint extract, orange extract, lemon extract,
